Know exactly what you’re buying.
Can I use Cloud without buying the kit?
Yes. HostSaid Cloud is independent: create, publish and update one property’s online guide. The downloadable kit is separate.
Can I manage more than one property in the same account?
Yes. One account can contain multiple properties, each with its own guest guide and separate bookings and costs. Business covers one property; additional properties are priced separately. Each property keeps its own data.
How is Business different from Cloud?
Cloud publishes your guest guide. Business adds a private booking calendar, income and expense entries, and performance indicators. Data is entered manually and cannot be seen by guests.
What is in the kit?
An editable guide and templates, an Excel income/expense workbook, messages, checklists and available social materials. Pay once and use the files under the licence, with no required subscription.
Is the monthly plan actually billed monthly?
The monthly plan is €2.90 per property, without an annual commitment.
What happens if I turn off renewal?
Future charges stop and service remains available until the end of the paid period. The online guide is suspended at expiry; your content remains exportable. Previously purchased kit files remain usable under the licence. No automatic prorated refund is promised.
Can I export without buying the kit?
Yes. Cloud lets you export your own content and get a printable copy of your guide. This does not include the full kit materials.
How do I prepare the five guest languages?
Prepare and review text in Italian, English, French, German and Spanish. In Studio v2, write and review content separately in each language. Automatic translation is not included in the Studio editor.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. They open the link or QR in a browser without an account. The online guide needs an internet connection; you can also prepare a printable copy.
Are synchronisation and automatic messages included?
No. Business bookings are entered manually. There is no Airbnb, Booking.com or other channel synchronisation. HostSaid is not a channel manager.
What does “works with the leading booking platforms” mean?
It means you can share the same HostSaid guide with guests from any booking channel, including direct bookings. It does not mean integration, synchronisation, partnership or endorsement by those platforms.
How does the 30-day guarantee work?
It is a commercial “Make It Work” guarantee: if you have a problem, we first help you configure the product. If we cannot make it work as described, the refund conditions in the Terms apply. It does not replace statutory consumer rights.
